MindPod provides an AI-powered service that transforms your journal entries into personalized podcast episodes with psychological insights and pattern analysis. Our AI agents analyze your writing to identify themes, patterns, and provide meaningful reflections.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MindPod. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.
  • Payment processing is handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
  • You authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method for all fees incurred.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your content but cannot generate new episodes after your current billing period ends.

5. Content Ownership and License

You retain all ownership rights to your original journal entries. By using our service, you grant MindPod a limited license to process, analyze, and transform your content into podcast episodes. The generated podcast episodes are your property, and you may use them for personal or commercial purposes.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to harm our systems
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

MindPod uses artificial intelligence to analyze your journal entries and generate insights. While we strive for accuracy and meaningful analysis, the AI-generated content should not be considered professional psychological advice, therapy, or medical guidance. Always consult with qualified professionals for mental health concerns.

8. Privacy and Data Security

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Your journal entries are encrypted and stored securely. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

The MindPod platform, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content (excluding your user-generated content), is owned by MindPod and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindPod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
